Through brainstorming between Product development, the factory, and insights from copy, we realized that red light wasn’t the only light offering skincare benefits. We pivoted from focusing on a single concern to giving the customer versatility and creating functions that allowed them to customize their beauty routine.

Members of our copy team drew on their experience in the beauty e-commerce space, leveraging their knowledge of the product category and consumer needs to craft promotional verbiage and digestible content. Our design teams collaborated on the mask’s design through multiple rounds based on brand style and competitor comparisons, then produced lifestyle imagery and 3D renderings that were both optimized and inclusive for digital platforms. Video content focused on fast education and visual proof, driving stronger engagement across landing pages and socials.
